Firstly, I will say that I have never used another protein powder that has mixed better than this. Literally, you stir for like five seconds and it's completely dissolved. "InstaPro" is certainly not a gimmick, apparently. This stuff also tastes pretty damn good--probably the best one to date that I've tried (ON, SciFit, Vitamin World, Syntrax Matrix, etc.). I got Strawberry/Banana and Cookies 'n' Cream. Both taste good in milk and water (I was surprised the Cookies 'n' Cream still had decent flavor in water).
The prices are pretty much the same ($27 vs. $29 for 5lbs.). Cytosport also claims a 50.3% BCAA to EAA ratio, which is always a good thing. The nutrition facts:Cytosport Complete Whey

The secret to enhanced muscle growth and improved protein synthesis is Complete Whey Protein's incorporation of very low, low, medium, and high molecular weight whey peptides. Short and long chains of amino acids bonded together by a selective hydroslate process present the essential nutrient (nitrogen) in the most ideal condition to be absorbed into the human metabolic process.SAN Nutrition

I second this as being a good alternative to Optimum or Dymatize. The serving size is a bit lower and the protein content per serving is lower, but there are more servings and its $10 cheaper here in Canada (Optimum is the next cheapest 5 lb whey) so its a damn good deal. The banana/Straw definitely tastes really good in milk.
The next protein i buy is gonna be the Cookies and Cream, although i've read conflicting reviews on it.Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!

This is a friggin steal, I had no idea about this protein... Thanks alot guys.
I'll just add four scoops for Post workout lmfao to compensate for the lower protein
Lonny, SND does not appear to have 5 pounds of chocoate, which according to their online pricing is only 5$ more expensive than two pounds!
Think they'll have it in store?
Oh, and chocolate is good to go? I am grabbing this baby when I go down for some more Nectar..
Oh one more question, Cocoa bean is not chocolate, right?
