my IMMEDIATE concern is to loose weight right now; #1 priority.
Therefore, should I focus more on cardio OR weightlifting?
I just want to cut, cut cut cut cut cut but weight lifting consumes so much of my time im a student and i need to get a GPA of 3.8/4.0 (95%) and I just am doing best I can....
Does it make sense to first just do LOTS of cardio and only SOME weights (minimal; 1 or two things every couple of days switching) + abs?
make sense or no?
