    You have to work to get results. Don't expect to lose weight by eating the same crap that is making you gain weight.

    When you say diet, hmm I suppose that depends on what your definition of the word is. If you eat generally healthy but dont count cals yea Id say you can do it. But if Fast food is a common part of your food intake then I would say your shorted sited of your goals.

    Diet is where 80% of your fat loss comes from I always found it silly when I see peps at the gym then eating bad kinda conflicting.

    well when i first started trying to lose weight, I didnt change my diet but just worked out a LOT harder, which helped me get used to this without too much other change. On the other hand, when i did change my diet, the weight loss got much faster.

    After a whole year of jogging with no change in diet, I lost 27 pounds. If you can bear to lose at that pace, the answer is yes. I don't reccomend it, but it can be done.

    Yes, diet is 1/2 the equation. Assuming you don't diet but start exercising a bunch then you will definitely lose weight. The key is to not start eating more...

    You can lose weight without doing one bit of exercise.

    i didn't change my diet meaning the type of foods that i ate. what i changed was how much and also had a workout routine. learn to eat til ur full, before i would go beyond just to finish what was in front of me. after u start eating less and losing weight, ur bound to want to actually change ur diet tho. i lost 50 pounds before i started changing what i ate.
