I feel good
Ever have one of those days where you just feel good about yourself? I don't know if it is the regular exercise or my much better diet, but I just feel damn good today. I am down 14 lbs so far with another 36 lbs or so to lose, but my clothes are fitting better, and I'm starting to see muscle peek out from under the fat. So here's to all of you here that helped me decide to change through example.
