Jonathan-
You look incredible man. The separation in your shoulders is amazing along with the size of your middle back. Everything looks on for you. I would be honored to look like you at 24 (im 20 now, heres my pics http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=545345). You are gonna do great at your comp, keep us posted!

Just good things to say about those pics :
Great Definition,
Great lat spread,
awsome chest!
how hard do u find it to remain in this low bf?
btw. not related to BB show and competitions - u should register at some fitness modeling agency (if you hadnt dont it yet). You look better than some of the Muscle and fitness demonstrations models.

You look great man. I am wondering how you will look when you drop water, as im hoping you are or doing something different.
However, a bodyfat of 5and 6% is to high for a NPC show. You want to get in the 3"s, and no more then low 4%'s.
you are pretty ripped, but still alittle smooth. If there is anything i can do to help out, just let me know.

Yeah this being my first show, im gonna be in the novice class so i havent been too much worried about it, but i would like any advice on what to do these next four days. I have some taxtarone? ( spelling) i could take, and i have been doing the carb loading and then depleting. the whole carbing up then down, its really been bringing out my vascularity and making my skin thin. I have a coach that has been doing this for 10 years and he suggested i not lower my sodium anymore, he doesnt want me flat. But yeah any info will be much appreciated.

private message me and we can go from there. And i was in the novice show this past saturday with a mid 3 bodyfat, so being novice doesnt mean you can have high bodyfat and do well.

the carbing up carbing down is very simple even though it looks complex, its varying between high carbs then depleting with low carbs. i remain pretty much 6-8% all year round, and all i eat are healthy whole grains and most of my protein comes from my food. But as far as the carbing up thing goes i try to deplete carbs to around 100-150 grams a day for 2 weeks about 3 weeks out. Then the last week I carb up in the beggining days like 400 or so carbs, and then taper off to like 60 carbs on say thursday. Friday I will see how flat i am or what not and adjust. Then saturday get about 200 carbs to make sure im full and only sip water the day like most do. Thats about it so far, i hadnt taken any diuretics until monday (hot rox biotest). But overall i have dropped like 10 lbs in about 3 weeks and pretty much held onto all my measurements. Im sure the pro tan will help a lot too.

To: Bulked up thanks for the flame and your politeness.
where are your pics.
Until then i suggest you come do the squats for me if you want to say something like that. Plus legs are sort of a genetic thing and trust me brother i honestly cant say that i dont give them 110%.

There is no doubt the legs will hold you back. The upper looks great but the legs do need lots of work.

The Western Carolina, what division will you be in Open, Jr. or Novice? I figure you'll end up in the middleweights. I will be in attendance, if I see ya I'll come up and say hey.

Nevermind I just read the whole tread. Novice division, you'll end up taking a high spot in that catagory, but you never know who will show up. Remember to make sure you listen to your coach and do exactally what he says because these next few days are the most important. You can throw off your entire contest prep with one wrong decision.
I will see you and say hey for sure. I'm prepping for the Jr. State 2 weeks after that and then the mountaineer in Boone.
Good luck to us, right!
Then.............we get to eat!!!!!!
