yea work out your abs while your at it (if you can) hold your legs up so your body will be at a 90 degree angle i try to cant do it longer than 4 seconds lol

wow @ guys who can do 30. thats a lot, i'm not that strong endurance wise.
I know I can do 8 reps of wide-grip pull-ups + 30lbs fairly easily. but i've never gone for 30reps, i think I would die out at 20.

i can do FRESH about 15 Wide grip pull ups (palms facing away) , i do em pretty medium - slow speed and making sure i go all the way down and reset back up (of course not touching the ground)
close grip pull ups (palms facing me ) i can do alot more

Only just started OH Pull Ups and done them twice. First time I did 5, second I did 7.
Best underhand I have got is 9 with an extra 5kgs.

30+ palms out wide grip.. I lost some weight and some strength since I've been at college but my strength loss evens out with my weight loss so it is still pretty strong.
I can do like 5-7 regular chins weighted at 70lb.
Skinny legs ftw.

I did 14 chinups all the way down and all the way up for some army challenge thing. They gave me a frisbee because I had good form, lol.
