pr for wide grip is 10. i can probably do like 15 close palms faceing me on a good day.

i usually do pyramid sets - 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7......etc.

which type of pullups? with hands facing me and inward i can do about 40. wide grip with hands pointed away bout 20.

i can do like 20 ish wide grip, but like 12 close haha

yea dude thats good power cleaning is good if you do it right it helps most all of your muscles (oh heres a technique that can double your power cleans over time) when you power clean you go down pick it up to your waist and shrug your shoulders jump and get under it and lift it and repeat the process as many times as u can jus dont put the bar on the ground when your doing that keep it at your waist you get the idea?

Before I started lifting I could do about 40 - 50 it fluctuated , now at my current weight I can only do 35 - 40 at most. On the other hand, before I never did weighted and would just do as many as possible.. Now I almost always add weight and if I do do them without weight, its after doing some sets with weight.. About 2 weeks ago I did 2 reps with +135 that felt nice lol.
