I need to know what is the difference between lean,cut muscles and big,bulky muscles...and what is the way to gain each muscles type...
please tell me which one is better and how to be big,bulky and how to be lean and cut

wrist curls > handgrip tool. but it's a decent alternative.
wrist curls offer weight training to the muscles in your forearm
the grip just offers resistence.
annnnnnnnnd big bulky muscles mean, less cut, but you can still tell the guy
is a beast... big bulky muscles are just those guys who don't cut down to a very lean BF% because they wanna look like a straight tank. the lean, cut muscle is someone who's got a low BF% and has very defined muscles, such as six pack/chest/bis/tris/calves and back."Why don't you worry about yours, Let them worry about theirs. Muscle is muscle, there is no different lean version or bulky version
and what is the way to gain each muscles type...2 years
Starting weight/height = 119lbs / 5'8"
Current weight/height - 185lbs / 5'8"
Bulking 'til 230lbs or when the Buffalo Bills have a winning season. Whichever comes first.
Step 1) Pick up a weight and a small farm animal.
Step 2) Lift one and eat the other.
