I overheard some skinny-assed, 6 foot-150 pound dip**** talking at dinner the other day, saying that he though protein shakes were steroids. His companion, a similarly small runt, said "No, man, I take protein after every workout!" I guess it just doesn't show.

young people can get arthritus it is just an imflamation of the joint structures. Over use over many years causes this. Weight lifting can speed up arthritus. Protein has nothing to do with the contributation to this condition.
