    For people that "cant feel db shrugs"

    Today I saw somebody doing them today sitting down. I tried it and wow. You can feel the strain alot more. Just thought I'd share.

    14.02.11 - 166.6 (strong weight gain - start of mini cut)
    21.02.11 - 164.6

    08.03.11 - 163.8 (backed off the cardio a little)

    repped.. i cnt usually feel db shrugs so i do them on the hammer chest machine

    I felt it when I did it on a smith machine with 185lbs, and I did a 4 second hold at top for about 25 reps...felt pretty nice, but I'll definitely give seated shrugs a shot
    Current weight: 225 @ about 19-20% BF

    Stopped lifting for a while...lost most of my results...time to get back into the game
