What type of vegetarian are you? Lacto-ovo? If you eat dairy and eggs, it'll be no problem. Cottage cheese, milk, eggs, yogurt, cheese, whey, and soy protein are great.
Calories are the most important factor, I use bodyweight x 15 + 20% for daily intake on training days and bodyweight x 15 on off days (I gain fat easily though).
