Right now i take a ON Casein protein shake during breakfast, a few hours later after class is my workout, and after my workout i drink a prepared ON WHEY protein shake. I garner enough protein throughout the day to get me well above the 250 mark with other sources (chicken, eggs, protein shake-in-a-can.) Then at night i take a casein protein shake. My question is this:
The way i'm taking my protein right now, is that good or bad?
Should i take casein in the morning or just nights?
Should i drink more WHEY shakes throughout the day or just post workout?
Are the protein shakes in-a-can doing anything? (advertised as 35g per can) and can be found at trader joes
