Cant Swollow my Supplements! HELP

I feel like a little kid! I get all grossed out when I have to swallow my pills. I can only do 3 in a matter of 10 minutes or so or else I will vom!

Does anyone have any tricks?

Have you tried swallowing them while gulping down a protein shake? That works for me. I've heard that applesauce works fairly well too.

I suppose you can use a pill crusher, but it won't be a pleasant experience for your taste buds!

I have been having this problem, too, but only with certain sized tablets...capsules go down a LOT easier for me. Also, almost everything you could ever need/want in supplements is available in a powder or liquid. I've been in the health food/supplements industry for 14+ years now, so PM me if you need any suggestions....good luck!

Hey....had a nurse tell me how to take pills. Put the pill in your mouth, take a drink of water and turn your head to the left while you swallow....works for me everytime I take my vitamins.

I've always been able to pop a handfull of pills in my mouth and swallow all of them, but recently the texture of my creatine is making me gag. I honestly think its a mental thing- b/c just thinking about taking my creatine makes me wrech!

Have a great chaser and just swallow them! Good luck!

I do something similar only I take a mouthful of water first then pop the pill in my mouth then swallow

this seems to work well

Sometimes I take my supps while eating oatmeal, not sure if that would help? Just something I do

My Creatine capsules seem huge! Lol. How long does it take the stomach to burn away the outer capsule before the powder gets into your system? I'm just wondering how is best to take them to get the creatine into my system for my workout session.

Any help would be cool.

Thanks, will try that next time. They were on special offer ?9.99 for 240 capsules instead of ?28.99 that's why I chose them.
