overused forearm (probably from frequent typing and gripping)
I guess its some extensor muscles and rice bucket or resistance band hand opening could help. maybe weighted supination/pronation of forearm. all exercises Ive done before were in pronation except curls and dips but I developed this pain during detraining period of 1-2 months and it persists so it must be from what I was doing whole day - typing alot and fast(programming job, videogames etc)
