    Why does my left shoulder hurt but not my right?

    Today I made a big mistake. I went to the gym and I guess that I thought I was a little bit late and started with only stretching for a few seconds. I also started lifting a little too hard at first and my left arm started hurting after a little bit and I had to finish the workout with a painfull left shoulder. My question is, how come my left shoulder hurts but not my right. My right shoulder is perfectly fine.

    I have the same problem, but with my right shoulder. I pinched a nerve in it and it never really healed to it's full potential. I always am hurting after chest and delt workouts.

    It may be from some bad form, heavy weights, anything. I would soak it in hot water or ith a heat pad were it hurts after your workout. It should heal up with eat, but if not use cold instead.
