i just want to ask what is your daily diet like? Do you take asian food or follow the western diet?

i have an asian bb friend and he eats mostly western diet, but also eats the classic asian/oriental food at home. just have to watch the macronutrients/cals in the food thats all.

Well I don't really follow any diet I eat like a bunch of eggs for breakfast, then a little later I'll make something else like pasta or something then later I'll probably make another meal before my parents get home and they cook chinese food and I eat it all lol
