fish oil brand?

ive tried different brands/types, all seem the same to me
cant really tell a difference

I saw a thread in the nutrition section talking about worthless brands of fish oil who use poor quality fish oil, but don't have time to search for it right now. Might check there brotha.

check the mg of EPA and DHA on the label.

I use Now omega 3-6-9 and Now ultra omega 3

I got a 2 for 1 of CVS's generic seems fine to me.

3 months worth for 11 bucks works.
