X-Tend (what form of creatine)
Here is a link to X-Tend http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sv/xtend.html is this product
CEE
CM
or another form of creatine?
Reason why I am asking is with CM I tend to get a really puffy look from the water retention that I hate.
