so first of this is not a full 4 year transformation becuase my senior year has not started yet and i alo have only been lifting for about 2.5- 3 years. im 17 about 6 feet tall and around 190. just wondering what you guys think about my transformation and if its good for a 17 year old. And of course i train legs just could not get them in frame.
