i dont get why my wrist are so skinny compared to my arm i am 138 lbs but it looks stupid what do you think ?

lots of people start with this problem. the only way to fix this (because the wrist is a joint, not a muscle), is to put on overall mass. you can do workouts for your forearms, but as far as wrists go, there's only one way for them to grow.

Your wrists are actually look normal, possibly even bigger/ wider than average. My wrists are like 10 times worse. Mine are only 6.75 inches in circumference. Wish I had a camera to show you...

your wrists look fine, dude. it'l just be that much more contrast when your forearms start growing more, so your wrists will make your arms look bigger. about all you can do for them is strengthen the tendons. there aren't really any muscle to develop in that area, so if you're wanting big wrists, sorry.

My wrists used to be 6"... from training they are now 6 3/4". They do put on some size as you get bigger, but it take a long time and you'll have to gain a lot of mass. Your wrists look fine, but you cannot change them much. I'd definitely be worrying more about my physique (which you can change) if I were you.

Man i have the exact same problem, i hate it!!! thick mesomorphic wrists add SO MUCH to a 'Strong'/'Athlet' look.
Working you're forearms does help some what tough, so try that.

Once your forearms and upper arms are bigger, the size of your wrists wont matter, unless your aiming to compete at olympia level.

The smaller your wrists and joints are, the more impressive your muscles look. I've seen guys with 17" LOG arms, that have huge bones and joints, and they look like NOTHING at all, due to huge joints, their arms just look like a log. Where guys with small bones build a pair of 17's and they look like huge massive guns, because of the CONTRAST in size of their muscles to the size of their elbows and wrists!
So while initially, I used to hate my tiny joints, I've actually come to like them because they make you look a whole lot bigger. (if you have some muscles developed that is)6'2"

like bob101 said, wrist, like your ankle is just a joint and not a muscle so u cannot enlarge it.. itll never get larger unless u get real fat.
