Pulled calf muscle - any suggestions

I pulled my calf muscle playing tennis two days ago. Very sore...I am just working upper body in the gym but do any of you have suggestions on leg exercises that do not use calf muscles. I know probably could do extensions but looking for a few more !

I had a strained calf muscle about a month ago. I found the only thing that helped recovery was rest. I avoided strain on it at all. I didnt do any weighted calf exercises for like 2 weeks and for almost 1 week I avoided running or walking on the treadmill. It was rough for me, but it was the only way I saw it was going to get better. It took like 2-3 weeks for it to really get better and now it seems fine. After it was better I tried to make sure I do regular strength and variety of calf exercises so hopefully it wouldnt happen again.
