i just saw 2 supras and a skyline behind each otherin front of my house on the street. why are they illegal? if a cop sees them, do they really take it and destroy it?

Skylines are illegal because the import car is way too dangerous to be on the streets. Look, the steering wheel is on the right side, might get confused. Anyway, support the cars of the good 'ol USA!!!

ya just the skylines are, supras have been here since they came out, they are just discontinued from Toyota for the time being.
Skylines are amazing automobiles, but I think its just that nissan doesnt want to bring it to North America officially,
You can technically import a skyline, but you will have to pay the fees, and check with your state if right hand drive vehicles are allowed in your state or notStart: 276lbs
Current: 234lbs
Goal = 209lbs by November 28th, 2009.

It's a pure Japanese import machine. Right side steering, with twin turbo's that **** can crank 700 HP. Too dangerous.

You can get a skyline in the U.S. it just has to be put through all of the tests... got to skylinegtr.com you can buy one through them.

FWIW, it looks like Toyota will re-introduce the Supra in 2007 and Lexus may release a "supra-like" LF-A.
