But please don't try and tell me that the first time you picked up a weight you were planning to become Mr. Universe.
When most people start they dont know dick about lifting, they are doing it for girls or sports or to stop getting picked on(if u are an ecto, lol).
Girls ain't the only reason I train, however it makes a VERY VERY big difference.

I, for one, lift in order to be healthy and stay in shape. Looking big, getting noticed by girls, etc. are all "side effects" or other benefits.
I lift because I feel at home when I'm at the gym. There is no place I'd rather be. It just feels so natural.

i agree, many people workout for girls, it is something u do think about, however for me the gym is that 1 hour, where i can take out all my anger and nothing can interfere with me. Its like this freedom, like an animal running through an open area or something. I know it sounds dumb but im sure theres many people who can relate with having the gym as the 1 place where no one or nothing can get in your way, where u can let go.
