okay, i think i am ready to start a new routine and i need some input
mon. chest/tris
tues. back/bis
wed.off
thurs legs/shoulders
fri. chest/tris
sat.back/bis
sun.off
if i could get some feedback on this routine i would appreciate it alot. i am willing to take any suggestions.
My old one was exactly like that, I got told that it wasn't that good.
My routine now is:
mon-chest/biceps
tue-back/triceps
wed-rest
thurs-legs
fri-shoulders
I'm no professional but this works good for me. I figure working the tris with the chest isn't good because you work tris on bench press and wear them out and I wouldn't think you would get a good tri workout afterwards, so I do them a different day than chest. Just a suggestion.
sigh if your gonna try that then spread out back and chest b/c on back day you'll lag from working biceps the day before and for tris you'll lag b/c of training them the day b4 w/ chest, however that kind of split can be very effective if done right
