Guggulbolic Extreme - just a sweat inducer?
I feel off my program for 3 weeks but now I’m getting back in the gym full force again. I’ve been using Guggulbolic Extreme for 2 weeks now. I’ve been eating right, doing cardio in the morning and at night 5 times a week, while also doing strength training 5 times a week. The only thing I have noticed is that I am very hot and VERY sweaty! Otherwise I seem to be retaining water and not losing much weight at all. Has this worked for anyone or am I wasting my “sweaty” time? Is there a trick to it?
