Thanksgiving cheat day
I can eat a ton for my size. Last year I had 3 thanksgiving dinners (3 different people's houses). This year I am dieting for cutting. Will this one day of pigging out hurt my cutting? reps for good answers!!

Dude, I was just about to post this thread!
I cannot wait for TDAY... by far my favorite holiday.
Going to pile my plate with Mashed Potatos, Stuffing, Ham and Pumpkin Pie. Eat it, then go back for another plate.

1 day will come and go .. picture it as a bump in the road.. its a holiday .. give thanks and have fun and enjoy being with ur family.. it happens once a year.. dont let the opportunity pass to enjoy some quality time and eating!
id say if ur cutting u can go a lil berserk if u want to.. but if ur very serious about it then sure just stick to eating small meals throughout the day.. id say have fun and enjoy ur time

I had read a few old threads that went something like this:
OP: "I Just hit a pizza buffet and crammed 10,000 calories down my throat, am I screwed?"
Sensible response: "If you're used to eating 3,000 calories, your body doesn't know what to do with 7,000 extra, so it excretes most of them out. It won't hurt you in the long run"
I'm not sure how correct they are, but I've read it more than a few times.
