afternoon

BSN syntha-6

pre workout

1 hour before

15 minutes after
L-carnitine

30 minutes after
Hydroxycut Hardcore
BSN Nitrix
BSN No-xplode

Post workout
BSN Cellmas
30 minutes after
Optimum 100% whey protein + L-glutamine

Before sleep
Optimum Casein Protein + BSN Syntha-6

i was planning to include MT anator p70
Leukic Gakic Creakic
not sure how to fit in the schedule

i was told u cant take Fatburners like Lipo 6x, Lipo6 and hydroxycut hardcore together with BSN no xplode, nitrix, nanox9, nanovapor.

is that true or is that nutritionist just pulling my leg ?
then again i think this is crazy
and one might die of supplement overdose
but still i have this desire to combine the best of all products

why cant they just put all this into 1 pill
