Evaluate my Workout Split/Supplementation
Howdy all, relatively new to these boards and am looking for some experience from some more experienced lifters regarding
1) My Workout Split
2) My supplementation
1) Lets start out w/ my training split
I typically do two a days at the moment due to work, in the morning I get 1.5 hours in the gym, and an additional 2-3 at night.
Monday Chest and Tris
Tuesday Back, Shoulders, Biceps
Wednesday Legs, Abdominals, Cardio
Thursday Chest and Tris
Friday Back, Shoulders, Biceps
Saturday Legs, Abdominals, Cardio
Sunday OFF
I love hitting everything twice a week, but should I move anything around to achieve maximal results?
2) Supplementation
First off the list
Optimum Nutrition 10 Pound Bag of Whey Gold Standard
Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Whey
Why two?
I mix 2 scoops of the Pro Complex and three scoops of the Whey Gold Standard into a Nalgene bottle (with increments on the side) fill to 1,000 ML. At certain times in the day (after workouts, eating times) I consume 200 ML (so roughly 25 grams of protein per serving)

CELL-MASS
VPX-CEX
Glutamine
Morning Workout
1 Scoop of No-Xplode Prior
200 ML of protein Formulation After
1 Scoop of Cell-Mass After
Afternoon Workout
1 Scoop of No-Xplode Prior
1 Serving of VPX-CEX Prior
1 Serving of 100% Glutamine Prior
2 Scoop of Cell-Mass After
200 ML of protein Formulation After
1 Serving of 100% Glutamine After
I am currently looking into Nitrix pills by BSN, or Pump-Tech. I think I might go w/ Nitrix though mostly because they have pleased me beyond belief.
A main question of mine, is this enough (especially after workout) to speed my recovery time?
Also do you have any recommendations or does this look fairly solid?

your workout split is INSANE,in a bad way,can you say overtraining,man that type of workout is for pro's taking an insane amount of roids,your body cant handle that type of workout1 and half hours a day is too much nevermind another 2or 3.
first thing if you can work out even for an hour and a half your not working hard enough,second when can your body heal,grow?
Growth does not occor in the gym it happens when the muscle has had time to rest and heal then growth happens,
slow down at least rest every 3rd day,and stop working your body parts 2x aweek it's too much put more effort into a single body part or 2 at the most and only once a week.rest and get plenty of down time away from the gym and you'll see more results,also take some whey an hour prior to working out will help too.
I dont write to the teens hardly but seeing that your at a neighboring state and home of my pats and sox i thought i'd help,I'm from lake winni area in NH

Cycle some roids in there and completely remove squats. That's the key to a succesful routine.
