Is it worth taking it to build more muscle quicker? I am new to working out so I don't want to try something that might not be worth it.

it doesnt do anything, the only hgh that does anything is illegal, injectable, and extremely expensive

If you are new to working out you should just stay consistent and have a good diet. You will be able to make tremendous gains without buying supplements.
