    DOe this piece of equipment look reliable?

    Judgin by price and looking at it would this be worth buying seeing as how Ive heard over and over how good dips and pull-ups are to add to your routine.

    I have a Golds Gym version of the same thing, and find it very useful. I couldn't say what the quality of that particulaar one is like, but they're sure worth having in a home Gym, unless you have a power cage setup with dipping and chinning attachments.
