    Rice Measuring Question

What is the ratio between dry rice and cooked rice. As in, if i want to eat one cup of cooked rice, how much is that dry?

Depends how much water you cook with it. Just weigh the portion you want dry and cook it.

generally a 1/4 cup of uncooked rice is around 40g, it doubles in volume if you use 2 cups water to 1 cup rice. Therefore, 1/4 cup uncooked turns into 1/2 cup... so 1 cup cooked would be around 1/2 cup raw, 2x40g = 80g dry. However, dont look it up on fitday, measure your rice dry, on fitday it says 1 cup cooked is like 44g carbs, however 80g dry rice has alot more than that.
