A quick question. It's commonly advocated in general to drink lots of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and to help flush any extra cellular water you may be holding on to. Would it be possible to drink so much that it's removing moisture and liquid from the foods you eat, and slowing down transit time for waste material in your intestinal system? What's the most efficient way to maintain internal hydration, while keeping water retention outside to a minimum? Sipping throughout the day, a glass with eat meal?
