A day after the competition!
Hi, I competed yesterday at the East Coast Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Championships in Paterson, NJ and took first place in both the Open Middleweight division and Master's under 176lbs! The attached pictures were taken today at my gym in Navy Weapon Station Earle in Colts Neck, NJ. This pictures were of course taken after pigging out, bunch of junk food, sweets, sodium and everything else! LOL I might also compete in Eastern USA this Saturday but will see how my body looks like in a few days.
Competition pics will be posted after I get them from the photographer for now I guess these pics will do. It's an awesome feeling to beat guys who are much younger and bigger than you :-). I was by myself so I don't have any back shots.
