    Lightbulb romanian FTW!

romanian deadlifts IMO are the best hamstring exercise around!
they put more emphasis on the hamstrings and less on the lower back than stiff legged deads.

try them once and feel the burn the next day...you will know that they work!

Yeah, stiff-legs or RDL are awesome.

I really like lying DB leg curls. Hold the DB b/w your feet on a slightly declined bench (head on the higher end) and curl the DB up till your lower legs are vertical then lower and repeat.

I like the feel of this more than machine leg curls. Give it a try.

    Great article.

I love Romanian's for hams, but remember to go fairly light on them. If the load is too heavy, I find it shifts the emphasis from hams with some lower back involvement, to lower back with some ham involvement. You'll know pretty instantaneously...

Check your ego at the door with this one if you want to do them for hams, and save the big weights for your regular deadlifts.
    Keep on hulkin'.

I won't quit till no shirt will fit.
