    i just made baked ziti and a chocolate cake for my kids & their friends that are coming over to celebrate one of the kids' 12th birthday. please tell me all of the reasons i shouldn't cave and have any

    I love baked ziti also. I have a great recipe. I just know it will be there waiting for me after I get done with all of this. Do you think the other competitors are eating baked ziti right now? They could be, but maybe not. Do you want to risk it? Every little thing counts.

    some of the jambalaya I'm sitting here eating? I know, I know, the white rice isn't good for ya, but damn I love the spiced shrimp, sausage and spices in it. Besides, it is too damn hot today to workout!

    White rice is fine for ya, man. It's still a decent carb without all the refined flours and sugars. I'll have a bowl of that jumbalaya!

    There is not nearly enough carbs in that meal to get excited about. We can eat steak...... tell us you're downing a fresh hot loaf of Sourdough bread and then watch us drool all over ourselves!

    On my vacation, we ate at a restaurant in St. Augustine - the Columbia - which specializis in Cuban food - the hot Cuban sandwich is amazing particularly due to the piping hot bread it is served on - it is crispy on the outside and just melts on the inside - fantastic!
