    Inverted abdominals

What is the name of the abdominal equipment where you climb on top, are seated securely, and then invert yourself so that your torso is swinging freely?

I thought it was a Roman chair, but the photos of those I have seen are not the same thing.

I used this equipment years ago and thought it was great for abs,
especially when holding a plate on your chest, but haven't seen it in a gym for a while.

    Lightbulb

After a lot of searching, I think the name of the equipment I'm looking for is an Inversion Table or Inversion Chair.

There are many websites advertising this type of equipment, but they all look like cheap tubular steel lightweight home gym equipment.

Do any of the companies making PROFESSIONAL gym equipment, Universal for example, have a product like this?

    Please help. Thanks.

I use my VKR chin dip station and gravity/inversion boots to do these. Brings the hip flexors in a little more, but is also much harder to do.
The tables you see for 300-400 are cheap junk.
For the same money you can pick up the VKR Chin Dip and the botts and do a LOT more exercises with them
