Hey guys, i've just turned 15 and am 120lbs at the moment and have real trouble gaining weight. From what i've read N Large 2 is meant to be pretty good for gaining weight but i need to know whether there are any cheaper alternatives or any better products around the same price range. Also when you use these supplements do you have to keep on using them to keep the weight on?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Agree with Mark that taking a weight gainer is gonna be important during your bulking phase. I would also recommend investing in whey protein. i find optimum nutritions whey tastes pretty good. i have tried the choc and van.
just make sure you lift moderate/heavy and eat properly and give your body adequate rest.
just wondering what does you diet now consist of???cuz it takes a lot more than a weight gainer shake to gain muscle.. it takes a combo of work, rest, and proper nutrition and supplementation.

I've just started this diet....if there's anything I should add please say.
Meal 1: Oatmeal, toast, fruit (9:00)
Meal 2: Lean Meat (chicken, turkey, lean red meat etc) at least 2 slices of bread, fruit and veg (12:00)
Meal 3: Protein shake and a snack (15:00)
Meal 4: Lean meat, potato's or rice and veg (17:00)
Meal 5: Protein shake (19:00)
Sometimes i'll have a bagel or something before bedtime but thats roughly what it is.
