I have an irregular bone shape in my left shoulder, it almost appears as if the shoulder is mounted too high. This restricts my upward range of motion to some degree, but the shoulder does not feel much weaker. Regardless, I want to prevent injury, so I wanted to seek the help of a sports medicine professional who is familiar with bodybuilding and can give me specific advice besides "low weights." Do any of you know a good way to find such a specialist and will such a visit be covered by my insurance?
