Simple. People don't train them often enough. I train mine 3 times a week+ and they have grown to just short of 15''.
EXERCISES YOU JUST NEED TO DO:
1. www.ironmind.com - Captains of Crush grippers
2. Reverse barbell bicep curls
3. Hammer curls across the chest
4. Wrist curls (loads!) Start with low reps high weight and finish off with high reps (20-30), light weight.
Make a wrist roller
The wrist roller is a legend for building up forearms! www.ironmind.com sells these. Have a look at one, and see if you can make one of your own by looking at it!
