The Bar Method

Has anyone heard or tried this?

the basic principles behind it are doing exercises for toning and weightloss by mimicing dancer (ballet) movements. Trying to find some reviews for it cause it might be something my fiance or some other women i know might be interested in. thanks

i have the workouts. they are really boring. i would do what the other poster mentioned and do a good pilates class.
