Anyone ever heard of this guy? He's huge. I came across him looking at some of the bodybuilders on this site, posting there pix on here, and someone posted him but it's not actually Zeb him self just somebody put his picture on here. He's 6'4 250 lbs and ripped. He's not a bodybuilder or anything. I believe he's a porn star hah, but I don't care what he is he's just freaking big.
I was reading his site about his training style, he trains 5-6 days a week usually. On a split like this.
Monday - Back/Shoulders
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Repeat Monday
Friday - Repeat Tuesday
Saturday - Repeat Wednesday
Sunday - off
Or
Monday - Back/Shoulders
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back/Shoulders
Friday - Chest
And he add's in his arms on his Back/Shoulders and Chest days. I was just wandering if anyone has trained like this and got great results. It looks like alot but I guess in his words if you want to get big you have to train like a freak and train alot and eat. He also says Abs can be and should be trained every single day.
