X-factor
Hey I ordered 2 bottles of x-factor...I did all the research I could on it and it looks great and promising. Just sucks I can't have any fats like peanut oil or olive oil...I got some calories that way, but I'll have to find some other way...anyways, just makin' sure there's no PCT needed on this right? I mean, everywhere I looked there's nothin' to be said about it, but ya never know. Sorry to keep asking questions like this, but I feel people's opinions are a lot better than what you can read about...experience is better than knowledge. Thanks

MAX!!! oh man! I've followed your posts on another anabolic website (can't mention) but I've never been able to post in there cause I've never bought anything from there ...but I wanted to say that you're posts and cycle reviews are incredible, and your info is great man! Keep up the awesome work! On the x-factor note, I was wondering how much more protine you're taking in on the cycle, cause it says to take in more protine, plus carbs, and how many more calories are you takin' in compared to your off cycle? Also as far as taking in less fatty acids like olive and peanut oil...what fats could you eat that are safe to bump up some calories? I always eat peanut's and olive oil, but it's gotta stop Anyways, thanks for the info !
Cheers,
G

I took it for about 3 weeks, then quit (we were doing a lot of running and conditioning for football, so I'm saving for after the season to get better gains)...I just didn't take any anti-inflammatories, or omega-3-6 fatty acids. Some things to watch while on this cycle:
1) It makes you sweat more, don't know why, but it does.
2) If you have any chronic pain in your body (like me, I have a bad back and knees), then X-Factor will probably make it worse because it causes more inflammation, at least, thats what happened to me.
3) X-Factor gave me headaches to no end, and I'm not the only one reporting this, but it's nothing major.
Next cycle after football season:
Whey
ASR Burst
X-Factor
BCAA's (Megadosed)
Multi
I still think X-Factor is the best anabolic supplement next to PH/AAS...peace!

What's protine?
Good luck with X-Factor, though I have yet to try it, I can't wait to, but I will have to, as I haven't got around to getting any yet. Expensive stuff, hope it's as good as I hear...
If I decide to get some, I'll do a log to see it's results on a warrior of the gridiron

If you were to use Creatine with it, I wouldn't suggest CE2. Get some Cre-Ethyl Thunder, Green Buldge (when it comes out), or Bulk CEE.

no it will not increase you your acne, keep in mind that x-factor is a non-hormonal so it will not affect your levels of hormones like a PH/PS

I weight 180 lbs and I try to get 200 grams of protien in at the least some times 225 but I never go below that amount.
Ive had to bump my calories up by 1000 just to maintain my weight. I currently bumped it up by 1500 right now as I am trying to bulk. For some reason I lose weight when I first start x-factor.
just stay away from omega 3-6 fatty acids. If you cheat a little bit on the fatty acids dont sweat it to much I have cheated a little bit on occasion. Dont sweat it to much just dont take it every day.
glad to hear your pumped about it, Its an awsome product the best out there right now, but thats my opnion

You can post on there without having bought anything from them (DA is the sight I think you're talking about). I've posted on there and I've never bought anything from them.

You really don't need the CE2, if money is important for the price of a bottle of that stuff yo could get another bottle of X-Factor and get a lot better gains.

Yes you do it is reccomended that you take 50 days off after your 50 day cycle. That is simply done so as to cycle the product so that when you are doing your next cycle you get another boost of AA

The list of things to stay away from while on X-factor are:
Pain medications containing acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, or Aspirin
NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs)
Omega 3 fatty acids
Flax and Fish oil supplements
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
Avoid the regular consumption of foods known to be high in omega 3 fatty acids or anti-inflammatory nutrients, such as cold-water fish, peanut butter, and sesame, olive or peanut oils.
everything else is okay

Okay, feel free to educate me, but the main ingrediant in X-factor is AA, which is an omega-6 fatty acid. So why am I paying almost $100 bucks for some omega-6's when I can go to GNC and pick up a bottle for $15?

Most of those contain high amounts of omega-6, isn't that redundant?

"Series 2 PG?s
Series 2 PG?s are labeled as "Bad" prostagladins. As said eariler, Series 2 PG?s are made from arachidonic acid. They facilitate sodium retention, inflammation, and the formation of blood clots [3]. Series 2 PG?s also increase cortisol release, a very catabolic hormone. Anyone interesting in building muscle does not want this to happen. "
This is a little excert from the BB.com store's description of EFA's. How can this supplement possibly be more beneficial than harmful? I for one will never purchase it.
