Ok, i'm bout out of my protein powder i gotta go back to gnc. B4 i was taking Protein 95, whey isolate protein. I know i should of got whey concentrate, and i need some carbs after i workout too. So is there specif crap with whey protein and carbs? Should i just get whey concentrate and then just add sugar for carbs or what should i add? I donno what to do. One last thing has anyboyd ever heard it's good to switch what kind of protein you take. If so tell me what you know about that.

Well i buy powerade in powder form or gatorade in powder form and add it to my protein drink. Or I order dextrose from www.**************.com
