CEE Tequila Method
-Get a 1oz shot glass.
-Put desired amount of CEE in shot glass.
-Fill with water.
-Stir
-Gulp
I'm claiming this method as my own if nobody else has.  Who knew drinking had a place in bodybuilding!?!

IMO it tastes a lot more "lemony" in shot form. Then again I used to down some pretty nasty alcoholic shots in the day, so CEE's pretty weaksauce.

I just put it in my mouth and drink some gatorade and then lots of water. Doesnt taste that bad after a while.
