Matt's Gaspari M1T Log
I just started another cycle of M1T and figured I would do a log to help people out and to see what M1T is all about. I got great results off of my previous cycles but never did a log, so here it is.
I am going to do a 3 week cycle of Gaspari M1T. I will be taking 10mg a day which is 1 cap. I will be taking the M1T in the morning 30-45 minutes before my workout.
The supplements that I am taking during my cycle are as follows:
M1T
Whey Protein (has BCAAs in it)
Casein Protein (has BCAAs in it)
Multivitamin
Zinc
Vitamin C
L-Arginine
Glucosamine & Chondroitin
Milk Thistle
Hawthorn Berries
Fish Oil
Creatine
The 3rd week of my cycle I will start my PCT which will consist of basically the same but adding in Novedex XT:
M1T
Whey Protein (has BCAAs in it)
Casein Protein (has BCAAs in it)
Multivitamin
Zinc
Vitamin C
L-Arginine
Glucosamine & Chondroitin
Milk Thistle
Hawthorn Berries
Fish Oil
Creatine
Novedex XT
After the 3rd week of the cycle I will be discontinuing the M1T and continuing with my PCT.
I am basically using the same supplements that I have in the past and have got great results from them. I had absolutely no side effects from the M1T and everything has gone smoothly in the past. I showed no signs of gyno or increased blood pressure and my blood tests have come back showing everything is normal.

Today was my first day of the cycle. This morning on an empty stomach I weighed 165 pounds (I hate scales) and my body fat is under 12% (I'm 5'8"). I worked chest this morning at the gym. My chest workout consisted of:
3x10 Flat Bench (225, 205, 205)
3x10 Incline Bench (205, 205, 205)
3x10 Decline Bench (255, 225, 225)
3x10 Flat Flys (45s, 45s, 45s)
3x10 Incline Flys (45s, 45s, 45s)
Finished with 15 minutes of AB work
Since it was my first day I really didn't feel a difference, I pushed a little harder today and was able to rep out a couple more than I did the previous week. I don't feel tired and I actually still have a lot of energy left in me. I don't use the scale much because I prefer to simply look in the mirror and I can tell if I'm gaining or losing weight by the way I look. A lot of the time if you are holding a lot of water it can change your weight, same thing with food. However, last cycle I did gain over 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Most of that I am sure was water weight considering I kept about half of the weight on since my last cycle. I am a hardgainer and when I increase my calories, I grow but at the same time I put on a little weight around my abs which I have to work off during the off cycle. That's it for day 1 I guess...

Today was my 2nd day of my cycle and I felt really good lifting. I hot a huge pump (the type where it feels like your skin is going to rip any second). I had tons of energy and kept the intensity high. I woke up, took my supps with breakfast and went to the gym around 9am. Today was shoulders and biceps day. Here is a list of the exercises and weights:
3x10 Front Raises (25, 30, 30)
3x10 Side Laterals (25, 30, 30)
3x10 Rear Laterals (40, 45, 45)
3x10 Shoulder Press (150, 160, 180)
3x10 Barbell Curls (85, 95, 105)
3x10 Dumbbell Curls (45, 45, 45)
3x10 Incline Curls (35, 35, 35)
3x10 Hammer Curls (40, 40, 40)
Tomorrow is my off day so there will be no Day 3 log. Tomorrow I will do a little bit of cardio and that's it.

You think I should up the dose? I only weigh 165... I've used 10mg before and put on good size. Do you think 20mg would be better? I would think that 20mg would be better for someone who weighs a lot more than me, like 200+ pounds. What's your take?

I started my cycle at 10mg and increased it towards the end of the cycle. At 10mg I was happy with the results and almost no sides. No back ache, lethargy, loss of libido, blood pressure ect. Some people react differently to the dosage. I was 188 when I started my cycle. So, I would say just run the 10mg and if you feel everything is under control kick it up a notch.

See how well you gain first. If you're not 170 by Sunday, try it at a higher dose for a week or so.

That's a good idea... I really don't like making my hormone levels dance by constantly changing everything up but if I went the last 2 weeks of my cycle with 20mg that would be better than week 1 at 10mg, week 2 at 20mg and week 3 back down to 10mg.

How many weeks was your cycle? What week did you increase your dose and how much did you take then? Also, did you take the increased dose at the same time or did you spread it out throughout the day?

Here is what my daily intake looks like:
8:15am- Protein shake (whey) and breakfast aka carbs
11:15am- Protein shake (whey, post workout)
1:45pm- Lunch (some type of protein)
3:45pm- Protein shake (whey)
6pm- Dinner (some type of protein)
9pm- Protein shake (whey)
11:45pm- Protein shake (casein)

1. 3 weeks.
2. Last week of the cycle 20 mg.
3. Before workout, late afternoon.
I thought about kicking it up to 30mg at one point, but decided not too. I was pretty happy to finish off a cycle without sides. Didn't want to risk it at the end.

Looks pretty solid. If you are trying to bulk up I would replace couple of the shakes with either MRP's or chicken breast, eggs, ect. Remember its not only the amount of protein that you take the total calories need to be there too. Just my opinion.

Not yet bro. Again I have the other cycle fully ready to go and I have a solid 1-4ad cycle ready to go. I'm trying to figure out which goes first. LOL. I'm in LA and its so freaking hot I lost 4 pounds. I am eating nothing but salads and sub sandwiches. I'll wait until September so I can consume enough calories. I figured I get lean as much as possible before piling it on.
Thanks for asking. I am following your thread by the way. I haven't made any comments because I don't have much knowledge on the cycle, but it seems pretty fascinating. Just be careful.

It's my 2nd day, about 7pm and I am still full of energy, not tired at all. I don't have any low back pain, no elevated blood pressure, no aggressiveness. No weight gain as of yet, I am expecting for that to pick up after the first week is over.

Has anyone ever took 20mg in the morning or 10mg twice and day and can tell me which gave them better results? I was thinking about this a couple minutes ago. I was curious if it would be better to take the 20mg in one dose or in two doses throughout the day...

Well today is day 3 and everything is still cool. Played a little basketball this morning and did some cardio. Still have plenty of energy, no aggressiveness or increase in BP. I still gotta mow the grass today so that is going to drain me. No workout today, it's my off day. I didn't check my weight this morning, I really don't think it has changed in the 3 days that I have been on cycle.

Well today is day 4 of my cycle. It is going along very well. BP is still normal, no lower back pain, no lethargy. Today was back/triceps/abs day. I got a SUPER pump today and was feeling very strong on all of my lifts. Here is a look at todays workout log:
3x10 Wide Grip Pulldown (170, 180, 190)
3x10 Close Grip Pulldown (190, 200, 210)
3x10 Straight Arm Pulldown (70, 80, 80)
3x10 Dumbbell Wide Grip Rows (40s, 45s, 45s)
3x10 Dumbbell Shrugs (80s, 80s, 80s)
3x10 Tricep Pushdowns (200, 220, 220)
3x10 Rope Pushdowns (150, 160, 160)
3x10 One Arm Iso Rope Pushdowns (80, 90, 90)
3x15 Bodyweight Dips
15 minutes of ab work at the end
So far I am happy with my results, weights are increasing, no side effects. I haven't put on any weight yet but I look a lot fuller than before.

Day 5
Well today is day 5 of the cycle and my lifts were amazing. The only thing I really didn't push hard was my squat just because a couple weeks back I hurt my lower back and I don't want to push it too hard on squats to aggrivate it again since it killed all my lifts after that point. This morning I woke up and gained a pound. Today I did legs and here is what my workout looked like:
3x15 Leg Extention (220, 220, 220)
3x15 Leg Curl (150, 150, 160)
3x10 Squats on the Smith Machine (205, 225, 225)
3x10 Dumbbell Lunges (25s, 25s, 25s)
3x10 Inner Thigh (120, 130, 140)
3x10 Outter Thigh (90, 100, 110)
3x15 1 Leg Standing Calf Raises (BW, BW, BW)
3x15 Calf Press on Leg Press Machine (260, 280, 300)
4x15 Seated Calf Raises on Smith Machine (400, 420, 430, 465)
3x15 Tibialis Raises with Dumbbell on top of foot (35, 40, 40)
I was impressed with my seated calf raises, I normally do 345 but was feeling really good today. The smith machine bar was bending during my sets, it felt great to see that and having everyone watch me like I was nuts.
All in all, the cycle is going very well and there are still no side effects at all...

Day 6
Well today is day 6 of my cycle and I gained another 0.5 pound. Today and Sunday are my off days so I am expecting to put on another pound by Monday with all the rest. Everything is still in check, no increase in BP, no lethargy, no aggressiveness. All in all everything is still going well. I am pretty sore today. My legs and back are hurtin. My back is sufferin from DOMS. Feels like I went a couple rounds with Mike Tyson... I also purchased some Tribulus for my PCT. Figured it couldn't hurt and I never used it in my past cycles so I figured I would give it a shot to see how it goes. Hope everyone is well.

i used HP m1t (5mg servings) and took 15mg in 3 evenly divided doses (upon wake, preworkout, 30 mins before bed)
i gained 22lbs in 28days and for my pct i used novadex XT and 6-0x0 but i also was on clomid for 6 days and nolvadex for 10 days...at the end of my cycle i was 246lbs, i started it at 224lbs... i cut during my pct and 6 weeks later i'm still 234lbs, with visible abs (at 246lbs my abs weren't visible) and have gotten even stronger since my cycle.
its too bad your caps are 10mg or i would say take 5mg in the morning and 5mg pre workout. i took 20mg a couple of days and there was definate lethargy, but that was the only side i experienced (i also ran 4ad for 15 of the 28days) if you want to avoid prominent sides stay with just 10mg. Also Don't start the NXT until the 2nd last day of your cycle, it only takes m1t 3 days to shut you down, so starting it before then is just wasting it, IMO.

max successful bench in 2008: 365x2 (hoping to get 405 before 2009)
dead lift: 225x10, 315x8, 365x8, 405x7
squat: 225x12, 315x10, 385x10, 335x12
