    how many carbs, and fat? while cutting

    im getting around 300g+ of protein
    im cutting
    how many carbs and grams of fat should i be getting?
    im thinking like 180 g carbs and 60 g fat

    that sounds about right but as kryptoknight stated, it differs for everyone. make sure you are getting the majority of your carbs around workout time to help preserve lean mass. also, BCAA's are a good idea while cutting.
