hey im 15 years old 5ft 4 inches and 100lbs im looking to add some mass so here is my bulking diet.
8:00 (breakfast\pre-workout)
3\4 cup grape nuts
1 cup yogurt
1 small banana
5 egg whites
multivitamin
10:00-10:30 (post-workout)
2 scoops whey
3\4 cup oats
1 1\2 scoops Gatorade powder
12:00 (lunch)
1 can tuna
2 egg whites
56g whole-wheat pasta or brown rice
1\2 corn on the cob
1 bowl spinach
3:00
2 slice whole wheat bread
1 banana
1\4 cup grape nuts
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup mixed veggies
6:00
2 slices whole wheat bread
Turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes
1 apple
9:00
3\4 cup cottage cheese
1 1\2 serving almonds
1 scoop whey
3 flax and 3 fish oil caps
calories- 3507
fat- 75g - 28%
protein- 246g-28%
carbs- 462g-53%

It looks pretty good. I would try this for a week and see how your body reacts to that many calories. i.e. fat gain. If your gaining more than 1.5 to 2 pounds per week then I would cut back on the cals. I personaly think, you being 100 pounds, that you should start off at around 2300 cals and work up from there. For myself, I am doing a continous bulk and am only gaining .5lb a week sometimes( or less). I try not to depend on the scale so much to judge results. I think a better indicator of good gains is making sure to gain weight each week, looking better in the mirror, and using more weight in the gym.My Training Journal...

jesus..you like crazy for someone who is 100lbs. and i'd also cut down on the protein a little. sure some people say 2g/lb (and ur're over that)...but at you're weight and age...i'd would assume u recently started training..and should ease urself into the whole protein thing.
