Yes, and others like myslef, structure their carb intake around their workout pre and post. Usually I try to eat fewer carbs during my 4th and 5th meals

Yeah I agree. Lately I've been consuming carbs only pre and post workout, and the first meal after post workout shake. From there my last 3 meals are trace carbs...has seemed to help with stomach discomfort, and hasn't had any negative effects on me as of yet.

I tried limiting my carbs but it really takes a toll on me when I'm lifting.

I usually do 4 sets of 10 on my exercises and when I limit my carbs I start to die after hitting number 7 or so and have to practically burst blood vessels just to get a couple more.

When you have carbs, they should be complex carbs. This doesnt mean you have to have carbs at all your meals though. Like some othes guys said, people often like having starchy carbs(oats, brown rice, etc) only during their workout meals(pre, PWO shake, PWO meal) and maybe breakfast too. Other times of the day, carbs can come from fibours sources like beans, legumes, fruits, and veggies. However, some people(ie; ectos) probabaly should consume starchy carbs at almost all meals. It all comes down to finding what works best for you.

Im a ecto/meso probably more ecto. It wasnt intentional but my build is similar to brad pitt in troy but a bit more softer, and an ab pouch that comes out. I tried having no carbs in my last meal but in the morning my arms have shrunk and I cant workout till later in the day.

Yes consuming carbs at every meal is a great idea provided it fits into your overall calories.

Umm, I doubt your arms actually shrink in the morning vs. other times in the day. It's all in your head. Now your arms are a little bigger after your lift cus of the "pump" you get when you lift. Why dont you try measuring your arms in the morning and sometime in the day(not around your workout)...you will most likely not see a difference.
