    full body or split for beginners?

    i'm pretty new to bodybuilding, but i am in a very good shape and got some decent size. So i was wondering should i do a full body workout or split.

    Ever really work out before? If not i'd go with a full body workout for 2-3 months. Stick with compound movements with a little bit of isolation work.
