I actually met a shemale once (well my gf did) He looks and acts like a male and for all intents and purposes is ( has penis ect but apparently is small) and has a gf. Apparantly has small boobs too. Was a XXY .

My gf had met him heaps of times and talked to him heaps of times and didn't know he was a hermaphrodite (sp?)
Apparently you wouldn't have known unless you were told. He didn't know till he was in his late teens.

Ok all I know is what my GF told me. He is for all intents and purposes a male. He has a penis but apparently its tiny and he got teased heaps in school for it. He doesn't have a vagina. But he started getting boobs as a teenager. He would wear baggy shirts to hide them. Now he is quite big so he just looks like he has boobs from being fat. Thats sorta all I know about it.

The genetic abnormality everyone is talking about is Klinefelter's Syndrome. It's where a person recieves too many sex chromosomes during fetal development (XXY genotype). Those affected are typically male but with many female characteristics. This is not technically a "shemale".
